Designing your Goals: Once you have set your vision/goal, you know where you need to go to. Its very important to find out where you are and where you need to go. Check all the constraints/distractions you might face. Create a Plan (identify all the areas you need to work on and put them in plan). Execute the plan, as simple as that. Create an imaginary compass which will point you to the higher goal. (to reach to a higher goal, we will go through smaller goals, and while we are indulged in those goals, we always have to be aligned with the higher goal). Ask your compass everyday, are you going in right direction or not?  if needed, do course correction. Celebrate every small achievement. eg.
